You know, after having listened to the Obama “redistributive change” audio and having my head nearly explode from the absolute festering Marxist douchebaggitude displayed therein, I probably shouldn’t have turned on the news. But no. I couldn’t help it. The TV was set to Fox News, and I – in my never ending search for more Law & Order reruns – inadvertently heard this story.
Given the latest revelations about the Marxist Messiah’s redistributory proclivities, I think it was a pretty fair question to ask. It’s what the populace is talking about. It’s what the people are seeing in the news and listening to on television and the radio. They want to know if Obama will tax them into poverty and give away their money to those who use need as a claim check. The reporter had her finger on the pulse of the nation. She knew what the voters are discussing. Why was this an unfair question?
Well, apparently the Obama campaign got all huffy about it. According to the story, “The Orlando Sentinel reports that the Obama campaign pulled Biden’s
wife Jill from a scheduled appearance on the station, and limited
WFTV’s access to other members of the ticket.”
Well, then!
In response, Biden spokesman David Wade said in a statement “Joe Biden
welcomes tough questions every single day, and in fact he’s done over
180 interviews since he was selected as the Democratic vice
presidential nominee, whereas I can count on my fingers and toes the
number of interviews Gov Palin has done.”
So, the Obama campaign gets sniffy over one reporter who had the balls to ask tough questions, while the vast majority of the mainstream media has its lips wrapped firmly around Obama’s schlong, and they justify this whining pettiness by bringing up Palin, whose much more limited exposure to the media has been much less friendly overall!
Fabulous!
So Fox has Michelle Malkin on along with this dimwitted spokesman from the Obama campaign, who began to bloviate about the fact that the MEDIA DOESN’T HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK WHATEVER IT WANTS DURING INTERVIEWS, and that the reporter didn’t have the right to ask the question, which he deemed “inappropriate.”
I’m not even kidding, people!
This ought to give you an idea of just how little respect the Obama campaign has for the First Amendment (I’ll give you a hint: about as much respect as it has for the Second Amendment, which isn’t a whole lot). So Barbara West didn’t have the right to ask tough questions about which the voting public is interested? So any question that doesn’t implant the reporter’s tongue directly up Obama’s and Biden’s ass is “ugly,” right?
Why is it, given Obama’s statements about redistribution of wealth, a question about socialism is deemed inappropriate?
Can someone answer this one for me?

Funny thing about this “redistribution of the wealth”: The American Government has been doing it for 230 years plus:When some of us are taxed more than others to build roads for ALL to use, that’s redistribution. When some of us are taxed more than others to build schools for ALL to use, that’s redistribution. When some of us are taxed more than others to build hospitals for ALL to use, that’s redistribution. When some of us are taxed more than others to build water and sewer systems for ALL to use, that’s redistribution. When some of us are taxed more than others to support our military for ALL to benefit, that’s redistribution.Damn! We’ve been a Marxist/socialist country all these 230+ years, and didn’t know it!Thanks, clueless wonders, for pointing that out!Shit.

Well, maybe when America sees this latest example Joe Stalin Biden’s blatant contempt, that will flip the switch to McCain. Not that McCain (McCarrion?) is any great shakes, but he’s better than those two Marxist douchebags.

Speaking of clueless wonders, look what decided to crawl in without a clue! There are some legitimate functions of the federal government, such as national defense and infrastructure that we all pay for, and most of us don’t mind. Local governments build infrastructure such as water and sewer systems, and we ALL pay for that. In my county property owners are disproportionately taxed to pay for schools – REGARDLESS of whether or not they have children that go there – and their burden increases every goddamn year for schools that are more expensive and less effective than private schools. Is it fair? No. Is it equitable? No. Our tax dollars are being used to pay for substandard public schools that produce a substandard graduate. Is it fair? No. Is it equitable? No. Should I shoulder even more of a burden for ineffective government programs? No. Should I pay for others’ health care? No. Health care is not a right. And believe it or not, neither is an education. Neither is half the shit that Obama is promising.Have we had a certain amount of wealth “redistribution” for the common good? To a certain degree. And I don’t mind as long as it’s within the legitimate purview of the government. What I do mind is increased government involvement in social issues, increased social spending and an increased burden on me for things that others demand a right to.Shit.
