Someone remove this ignorant twat from the classroom!

Unless you’ve been living under a rock today, you’ve probably heard this soshul studees publik skool teechur Tanya Dixon-Neely verbally attack her student for allegedly “disrespectin da prezident.”

This student’s “crime?”

The argument began when the classroom began discussing news reports that likely Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney bullied a fellow student when he was in high school.

“Didn’t Obama bully somebody though?” a student in the classroom asked, referring to an incident Obama described in his memoir “Dreams from My Father.”

The teacher said she did not know, and the argument quickly escalated as the teacher yelled at the student, telling him “there is no comparison.”

“He’s running for president,” she said of Romney. “Obama is the president.”

The student argued that both candidates are “just men,” but the teacher said, “Let me tell you something … you will not disrespect the president of the United States in this classroom.”

Just listen to this ignorant twunt!

She’s shouting at this student, who is merely asking a question about the President’s admitted bullying of a young girl in his school days!

She’s accusing said student of disrespecting the President, even though the student did no such thing by pointing out that criticism of both Romney and Obama is protected by the Constitution.

Apparently it’s a crime to point out that both Romney and Obama are just men. Oh NOEZ!!!  Zero is the second coming of the Messiah! Didn’t you know?

Just listen to this screeching, double negative-spewing, ignorant shrew attack her student! Just listen to her spew falsities about the First Amendment, and after you have finished being appalled at this sow, remember…

This pernicious hemorrhoid is teaching children. She’s teaching children SOCIAL STUDIES. She’s teaching them that criticizing the President can get them arrested. She’s actually lying in an effort to threaten her student, telling him that people were arrested during Bush’s presidency for criticizing the Commander-in-Chief.

Where did this shrieking banshee get its teaching certificate? Online diploma mill?

Is it any wonder our high schools are graduating drooling ignorants who can barely spell their own names, have no clue who the Vice President is, and couldn’t point out France on a map?

Is it any wonder they turn 18 and cast their votes without thought… without research… without questioning what dumb fascist sows like this one figuratively beat into their heads in class?

How does a social studies teacher not know that the purpose of the First Amendment is to prevent exactly the type of punishment for political speech she claims will take place if you criticize the government?

How does a social studies teacher not know or understand the definition of “slander?”

How does a social studies teacher get so mired in her own political ideology, she refuses to objectively teach her students?

And worse yet… why has this fascist sow not been fired?

Why is she suspended WITH PAY?

Why does she get to sit home and enjoy the taxpayer money she receives for doing nothing but indoctrinating her students and verbally abusing those who will not goosestep to her adoration of der Fuhrer in der White House?

Why does she continue to receive taxpayer dollars, even as she lies to, abuses and bullies those kids in her class who voice disagreement with her frothing adulation of Teh One™ – the same kids whose parents pay this fetid, bloated, bovine bitch’s salary?

Time to rid the school of this disease.

Nightmare Deja-vu

It’s happening again.

“Shortly after 12 p.m. today, a Virginia Tech Police officer stopped a vehicle on campus during a routine traffic stop in the Coliseum parking lot near McComas Hall

During the traffic stop. the officer was shot and killed. There were witnesses to this shooting.

Witnesses reported to police the shooter fled on foot heading toward the Cage, a parking lot near Duck Pond Drive. At that parking lot, a second person was found. That person is also deceased.

My friend, the inimitable Amy Ridenour, shared this on her Facebook page tonight. Apparently, Fairfax, VA publik skoolz are teaching 2nd graders that government GIVES them rights.

Let’s get something straight.  The Bill of Rights PROTECTS existing rights from government infringement.  It grants nothing. And the government certainly does not “give” citizens said freedoms.  These rights exist. Every human being possesses them.  The difference between our nation and many others is that the law of our land explicitly prohibits the government from violating said rights. Many other nations do not have those protections.

While I’m not surprised at this sorry state of public education, I’m angry that taxpayer dollars are paying for this misinformation.

I also wouldn’t be surprised if the appalling distortions were intentionally taught to the children.  After all, if you indoctrinate youngsters from an early age into the mentality that the nanny state “gives” them their rights, they will have no problem asking for permission to exercise them. Nor will they be appalled or angered when the nanny state doesn’t grant said permission.

Just par for the course.

An interesting note.  During a search on the author, I came across this discussion. Apparently, the author of the article, Phyllis Naegeli, admitted she incorrectly wrote the piece after tracking down the online discussion two years ago.

From what I have discovered an article I wrote for edhelper.com because quite a point of controversy on your forum the other day. I am being accused of spreading left-wing propaganda, being a Pelosi relative, and other such incorrect titles. I am a Christian and I own up to mistakes that I make. I made a mistake in these articles by saying the government gives us rights. The government is to protect the rights we are given by God. For that I apologize and ask for forgiveness. I am far from being left wing. I chose the incorrect words to try to simply describe what being a citizen is. I never intended for anyone to be offended by this or to spread some incorrect information to children. I home educated all of my children and have been very careful about what they were taught. I have taught them to be loyal citizens of our wonderful country. I have asked edhelper to change the wording as follows:

FROM:
Rights are special privileges the government gives you.

TO:
As a citizen you have special privileges called rights. The government protects those rights.

FROM:
Because the government gives us rights, we have the duty to be good citizens.

TO:
Because the government protects our rights, we have the duty to be good citizens.

Hopefully, this will clear up any controversy.

So if the author of the piece admitted her error and sought to correct and change the text, my question is: WHY ARE FAIRFAX COUNTY SCHOOLS STILL USING THE ORIGINAL, APPALLINGLY INCORRECT VERSION?

Your tax dollars at work

Otherwise known as “The Boneheaded Travesty That Is The Public School System.”

There is nothing I could say that would adequately portray my disdain for the stupidity of the school administrators in this incident. It far outstrips those who suspend kids for drawing “violent” stick figures and who send them to what amounts to reform school for pointing a finger in what is construed to be a threatening manner.  Your tax dollars pay these shit-for-brains school administrators. Your tax dollars pay for the stupidity that ensued.

A districtwide policy prohibiting students and staff from opening doors to the outside was recently adopted after a $10,800 security system was installed at the middle school, Southampton High School, Southampton Technical Career Center and Nottoway, Meherrin and Capron elementary schools. Riverdale Elementary had a similar system installed when it was built three years ago.

All of the schools’ doors are locked during the day. Visitors must ring a buzzer and look into a camera before office personnel can let them in.

Smith said everyone knew about the policy and its consequences. The middle school student was the first to be suspended for opening a door. Smith did not say how many days of suspension the unidentified student received.

According to an anonymous e-mail sent to The Tidewater News, the “A” student opened the door for a woman he knew, who had her hands full. The e-mail also indicated the student received a one-day, out-of-school suspension.

So much for chivalry. It has been murdered by zero tolerance stupidity.

How about THAT, you fascist fucks!

Maybe you heard, and maybe you haven’t, but I’m going to tell you the tale with a happy ending anyway.  It’s a happy ending that brought tears to my eyes, and emphasized once again how real Americans can stand up together to abject shitbaggery and give a resounding middle finger to those who choose to support policies that attempt to force us to be less than what we are – Americans.

A few days ago, a 13 year old boy, who had been riding his bike to school adorned with the American flag to honor his American military veterans, had been told to take it down, because some students were complaining.

Yeah, get this.  Students in an AMERICAN school funded by AMERICAN taxpayers complained about a little boy flying an AMERICAN flag.  And AMERICAN school administrators, ostensibly out of fear for this kid’s safety, decided to ban him from having said flag on his bike.

After being contacted by FOX40 Friday morning, Denair’s Superintendent says Cody will be allowed to keep the flag on his bike. He told FOX40 he and the school are patriotic, but their main priority is keeping students safe; the school will focus on the students who are causing uprisings. Riding a bike is still not allowed on school campus, but when Cody rides his bike to school he can now fly the flag.

So… flying the AMERICAN flag in AMERICA now could cause racial tensions?  Gee, I wonder what race those causing the tensions could possibly be?  Hmmmmmm?

Care to take a guess?

So Cody will be “allowed,” to keep his flag on his bike, and he had some friends accompanying him to school.  Just in case there are any… ahem… “racial tensions” on campus.
